Ronin Solutions LLC (“Ronin,” “we,” “us”) provides managed IT services to schools and businesses in New Mexico. This policy explains what information we collect through our website and internal business tools, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Information you send us through our contact forms, email, or phone (name, organization, email, phone, and your message).
- Information our clients provide so we can deliver services under a signed agreement (contacts, device and network details, support requests).
- Business records in our own accounting system (QuickBooks Online), such as customer names, invoices, and payment status. Our internal tools read this data to manage billing and client service.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to inquiries, deliver and support our services, bill for services, and manage our client relationships. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to run our business (for example, Microsoft 365, Intuit QuickBooks Online, Zoho, and our IT management platforms). They process data only to provide their services to us.
Security
We protect information with access controls, multi-factor authentication, encryption in transit, and limited internal access. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the data we hold.
Retention
We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law or our client agreements.
