How E-Rate works with us.
Registered E-Rate provider
Ronin is a registered E-Rate service provider and is registered in SAM. Eligible Category 2 work (firewalls, switching, Wi-Fi, and their management and basic maintenance) can be partly reimbursed through your school’s E-Rate discount.
How billing works
We invoice your school and you pay us. Your school then requests reimbursement of the E-Rate discount from USAC and is paid back directly.
Invoices that match your funding
Once we’re under contract, we work with your school and your E-Rate consultant so our invoices separate eligible and ineligible items and match your funded requests.
Your consultant stays in charge
Form 470s, RFPs and filings stay with your school and your E-Rate consultant. We respond to posted 470s and contact only the people they list.
