These terms cover use of the Ronin Solutions LLC (“Ronin”) website and Ronin’s internal software tools, including our integrations with third-party platforms such as Intuit QuickBooks Online.
Internal tools
Ronin’s integrations and dashboards are for the internal use of Ronin Solutions LLC and its authorized personnel. They are not offered, sold, or licensed to the public. Access is limited to authorized Ronin users.
Permitted use
Authorized users may use these tools only to conduct Ronin business: managing clients, billing, and service delivery. Users may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or misuse the tools or the data they access.
Third-party platforms
Our tools connect to third-party services (for example, QuickBooks Online) under those providers’ own terms. Ronin accesses only its own accounts and data through these connections. Access can be revoked at any time from the provider’s settings.
Website content
Content on roninnetsol.com is provided for general information. It is not a contract for services; services are governed by a signed agreement between Ronin and the client.
No warranty; limitation of liability
The website and internal tools are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, Ronin is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from their use.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico.
